Hey, Joel, great show today! I really enjoyed your story about your daughter Grace selling you her version of the right phone. You are so right that the ability to sell is of primary importance in certain businesses. Some people think "sales" is a dirty word, but to me it's like a doctor convincing a patient to have a life-saving operation - he's making the case for the patient's own good.
